Never been to Manasa Gangotri before? No regrets. We give you a detailed route guide for your convenience to make you a bit familiar with our paradise. Our college and hence our hostel is situated in Mysore like an oasis in the desert. And it is devoid of pollution (air/noise/…) b'cos of its location-quite remote from the hustle-bustle of the city. Its isolation itself provides us a perfect atmosphere for studies. If the 'remote' factor of the hostel is still pricking you, you needn't worry, as you can avail bus services that frequent the SJCE College main gate every 30 mins and it takes less than 25 mins. to reach the city.

Picture yourself to be in the Mysore bus station (called suburban bus stand). You need to walk for 5 mins. to the local bus station (city bus stand) and catch any of the following buses (marked Manasa Gangotri)- 129,130,135,136 - which will drop you right in front of the college main gate. Well, ignore the butterflies in your stomach and march right thro'the route marked in the map.

When you find yourself at the Mysore station platform, come to the nearby bus stop and catch either of the buses - 130,136 -to drop you to the college gate. There are several other buses, which pass thro' Manasa Gangotri where you can get down at a convenient stop and walk the rest to the college.
